The technical problem to be solved and solved:
The patented scalding device uses 40% of the energy used by previously used large-scale industrial scalding devices, because
- does not use a propeller to break the water,
- it does not use direct steam introduction to heat the scalding water, instead it uses radiator water heating,
- there is a closed space above the surface of the scalding water, thus maintaining a saturated vapor space, thus reducing evaporation, thus saving heat energy. The saturated steam space is sucked in by a turbofan, which is injected into the water space below, thereby creating a scalding water flow rate. This flowing hot water falls over the radiator used for heating. The resulting scalding water flow rate is sufficient to scald the waterfowl.
